When we spotted this Bel Air home
up for sale on The Real Estalker
, we had to stop and take a second look. Though located in the Los Angeles area, architecturally and interior design-wise this space could easily settle in on Nantucket or the Hamptons.
A neutral color palette mixed with warm woods and worn leathers, the home is a refreshing break from the other decorating styles which typically dominate the region. We love the kitchen's brass accents and nautical light fixtures, a nice dose of masculinity in an otherwise delicate space. The wall covering in the powder room also lends the once-bachelor pad a masculine feeling.
Currently on the market for $7.25 million, the home has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool, and a home gym.
