An avid home cook and a consummate hostess, Duff says when she’s entertaining she love to cook “simple recipes that you’re used to making, so there’s no room for error.” Torn from the pages of her new book, Duff’s mussels and clams over linguine definitely fits the bill; it’s a classic recipe that’s approachable yet impressive — and best of all, it doesn’t require much prep work.
