Hip-hop star Pharrell Williams recently listed his two-story Miami Beach penthouse for a whopping $10.999 million — a big chunk of change, but actually much less than the $12.525 million he paid for it in 2007. The 9,000-square-foot pad boasts five bedrooms, seven baths, a rooftop pool and deck, and 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline. The property has all sorts of flashy finishes like Italian travertine floors and a Snaidero kitchen, but its greatest accents are the one’s the artist will be taking with him: an extensive modern art collection. Williams is quite the art and design enthusiast, having collected bold pieces by Takashi Murakami and Kidrobot. He even designed his own very suggestive chair in collaboration with French brand Domeau & Pérès (see below in red).
